Role Description

The Senior Public Relations Executive will manage and enhance Rupa Publications India’s public image and media presence through strategic communication and relationship-building. This full-time, on-site role, based in New Delhi, involves drafting and distributing press releases, coordinating author and company interviews, and securing coverage in print, broadcast, and digital outlets. The position includes planning and executing PR campaigns tied to key book launches and literary events, monitoring media mentions, and preparing regular reports on PR performance. The Senior Public Relations Executive will collaborate closely with marketing, editorial, and sales teams to ensure consistent messaging, support event promotions, and handle media queries and crisis communication as needed.

Qualifications
