Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking a Proposal Manager to coordinate activities during the bidding phase and ensure timely, high-quality proposals. The role involves leading technical elaboration, conducting reviews per Development Procedures, and handing over to the project execution team upon completion.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor degree in engineering and 5+ years in related fields, with strong leadership and coordination capabilities to drive successful proposals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering is required.
• 5+ years of experience in engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement.
• Strong coordination and communication skills are essential.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation.
• Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review.
• Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …) in a timely manner.
• Handover Proposal to Project execution team.
• Elaborate and review technical appendix.
• Supervise and guide proposal engineers.
