Job summary

Air Liquide in India offers an opportunity for engineers to contribute to proposal activities, ensuring on-time, high-quality delivery and a smooth handover to the project execution team. You will coordinate bidding processes, lead technical elaborations and reviews, and prepare development procedure reviews in a timely manner.

This role also involves elaborating and reviewing technical appendices and supervising proposal engineers to maintain excellence and compliance with Air Liquide

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 5+ years experience in the related field: engineering, design, project management, finance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation.
• Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review.
• Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures in a timely manner.
• Handover Proposal to Project execution team.
• Elaborate and review technical appendix.
• Supervise and guide proposal engineers.

How will you CONTRIBUTE and GROW?

Perform the proper technical elaborations/reviews and ensure proper coordination of the proposal activities during the proposal phase in order to deliver a Proposal on time and quality.

• Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation

• Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …) in a timely manner
• Handover Proposal to Project execution team
