Job summary

Air Liquide in Delhi invites seasoned engineers to lead technical proposals, coordinate bid activities, and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality proposals. You will conduct technical elaborations and reviews, prepare reviews per Development Procedures, and hand over proposals to the project execution team.

Bachelor degree in engineering and 5+ years in engineering, design, project management, finance or procurement are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 5+ years experience in related fields: engineering, design, project management, finance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation.
• Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review.
• Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI) in a timely manner.
• Handover proposal to project execution team.
• Elaborate and review technical appendix.
• Supervise and guide proposal engineers.
