Job summary

Air Liquide is seeking an experienced engineer to coordinate proposal activities and ensure on-time delivery of high-quality bids across complex projects. You will manage bid calendars, interface with engineering, finance and procurement, and drive quality through disciplined reviews.

You will lead technical elaborations and reviews, initiate and conduct meetings (A, B, PRI), hand over proposals to the project execution team, and supervise junior proposal engineers.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree in engineering.
• 5+ years experience in related fields: engineering, design, project management, finance and procurement.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate proposal activities during the proposal bidding preparation.
• Initiate and follow the technical proposal elaboration/review.
• Initiate and prepare different reviews as per project Development Procedures (A meeting, B meeting, PRI, …).
• Handover Proposal to Project execution team.
• Elaborate and review technical appendix.
