Job summary

EY in New Delhi seeks a Senior Project Manager to lead end-to-end HR transformation programmes across large, multi-country engagements. You will drive ATS/HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, and Workday implementations, establishing PMO governance and reporting cadences for complex client environments.

The role requires strong leadership, stakeholder management, and a track record in global delivery models with agile or hybrid approaches.

Qualifications

• PM experience: 6+ years in large programmes.
• BA experience: 3+ years in business analysis.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery across large HR transformation engagements.
• Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
• Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.
• Manage multiple stakeholders including Client CXOs and HR leaders.
• Ensure commercial margins, scope control, and change requests.
• Build and mentor delivery teams and project managers.
• Drive quality, risk management and delivery excellence frameworks.
• Support business development & solutioning for new deals.
• Strong experience in HR technology transformation (ATS/HRMS implementations, digital HR).
• Expertise in programme & portfolio management; Agile/Hybrid delivery; Hire-to-Retire process; data analytics; global delivery models.

Your key responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end programme delivery (initiation to closure) across large HR transformation engagements.
• Drive HR technology implementations (ATS, HRMS, ERP SAP SuccessFactors, Oracle, Workday).
• Establish delivery governance, PMO frameworks, and reporting cadence.

• Ability to define standard methodologies, playbooks, and reusable assets.
• Experience in large, multi-country transformation programmes.
