Proven capability in designing employee experience strategies that align with workforce transformation objectives. Experience in solution building for workforce advisory programs, translating business needs into practical, scalable models. Ability to apply advanced academic grounding in psychology, HRM, or management to support data-driven and people-centric advisory solutions.
