Job summary

Artifex Hr is seeking a Senior Project Manager / Technical Lead with a strong software development background to drive end-to-end delivery of AI and full-stack projects. This role suits an experienced developer-turned-leader who can confidently communicate with clients, manage priorities, and guide the team.

You will mentor junior developers, review designs and plans, and collaborate with engineering, product, QA, and DevOps to ensure quality and timely delivery.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or higher in a technical field.
• 10+ years in software development, project delivery, or related roles.
• Proven experience leading client-facing software projects and delivering on time.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of AI, agentic AI, and full-stack software projects, including planning, execution, risk management, communication, and go-live support.
• Serve as the primary communication point with clients, gathering requirements, clarifying priorities, managing expectations.
• Mentor and coach junior developers, helping them improve technical capability, delivery discipline, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Review solution designs, technical specifications, code, and implementation plans to ensure quality, maintainability, security, and scalability.
• Collaborate with engineering manager, business users, product managers, solution architects, AI engineers, QA teams, and DevOps teams to ensure smooth project execution.
• Support hands-on development, especially for complex backend, frontend, integration, AI workflow, or proof-of-concept work, using Node.js, Python APIs, React.js, Next.js, APIs, MongoDB, PostgreSQL, and AI/LLM-based components.

Key Responsibilities

Required Qualifications

• Bachelors degree or above in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in software development, project delivery, or related technology roles.
• Strong hands-on software development experience with Node.js, Python, React.js, Next.js, and proven experience designing, developing, and deploying production-grade applications.
• Proven experience leading client-facing software projects, including requirements gathering, stakeholder management, progress reporting, issue resolution, and successful project delivery.
• Strong project management skills, with demonstrated experience planning, estimating, prioritising, managing scope, mitigating risks, coordinating cross-functional teams, and delivering projects on time

using Agile, Scrum, hybrid, or other structured deliver

methodologies.

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with clients, business stakeholders, present technical solutions throughout the project lifecycle.
• Hands-on experience in AI, Generative AI, Large Language Models (LLMs), Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG), AI workflow automation, agentic AI, or related AI technologies, with experience

• Strong experience producing and maintaining technical documentation, including system architecture diagrams, API specifications, technical design documents, integration guides, deployment documentation, operational runbooks, and developer documentation.
• Experience creating and maintaining product documentation, such as product requirement documents (PRDs), functional specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, user guides, release notes, training materials, and knowledge base articles.
