Qualifications

• 3–4 years of experience in Project/Delivery Management within a tech company.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum and Jira.
• Experience handling external clients independently.
• Good understanding of SDLC, APIs, web products, and technical workflows.
• Strong communication, ownership, and problem-solving skills.
• Active usage of AI tools in day-to-day work.

• Lead client calls, demos, UATs, and strategy discussions.
• Build AI‑driven workflows for reporting, ticketing, sprint planning, and documentation.
• Actively use Claude (or equivalent AI tools) for project management, automation, and productivity workflows.
