We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the administrative, technical, and project engineering activities for large-scale US construction projects.
This is a high-ownership role involving project coordination, team leadership, client communication, quality management, change orders, submittals, and project delivery. The role also offers strong exposure to US construction practices and VDC/project engineering.
Manage project activities including submittals, RFIs, change orders, project coordination, and project engineering.
Lead, supervise, train, and develop project engineering teams.
Coordinate project meetings and ensure smooth communication across teams.
Track project priorities, deliverables, timelines, and quality standards.
Maintain project documentation, records, reports, and correspondence.
Support estimating and resource planning for new projects.
Coordinate with US-based stakeholders and project teams on a daily basis.
Ensure adherence to project quality and delivery standards.
Build strong relationships with internal teams, clients, and project stakeholders.
Drive continuous improvement and support development of project processes and solutions.
8–14 years of overall experience with 5 years in Construction Project Management.
2–3 years of BIM & Revit experience, including construction documentation and project coordination.
Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management or equivalent.
Experience in at least 2 of the following:
Submittals
RFIs
Change Orders
Quantity Take-Offs
Estimation
Project Coordination
4–5 years of team handling / supervisory experience.
Hands‑on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore & MS Office.
Strong communication skills for coordination with US-based teams.
Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.
US construction project experience is highly preferred.
Other international construction experience may also be considered.
Building / Commercial construction experience preferred.
Infrastructure construction experience may be considered.
Experience with VDC/project engineering is an advantage.
Plant / Industrial construction experience will not be considered.
We are looking for candidates with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.
Stable career history is preferred: candidates should ideally have spent at least 1.5 years with each organization.
