Job summary

Umanist NA is seeking an experienced Project Manager/Senior Project Manager to lead admin, tech, and engineering for large US construction projects in India. You will oversee submittals, RFIs, change orders, and project coordination while guiding teams and managing client communications.

The role emphasizes BIM with Revit, Navisworks, and Procore, along with strong leadership and cross‑functional collaboration with US-based stakeholders. Immediate joiners preferred.

Qualifications

• 8–14 years of overall experience with 5+ years in Construction Project Management.
• 2–3+ years of BIM & Revit experience, including construction documentation and project coordination.
• Engineering Graduate / B.Arch / MS in Construction Management or equivalent.
• Experience in at least 2 of the following: Submittals, RFIs, Change Orders, Quantity Take-Offs, Estimation, Project Coordination.
• 4–5+ years of team handling / supervisory experience.
• Hands‑on experience with Revit, Navisworks, Bluebeam, Procore & MS Office.
• Strong communication skills for coordination with US‑based teams.
• Proven ability to manage projects from initiation through completion.

Responsibilities

About The Role

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager / Senior Project Manager to lead the administrative, technical, and project engineering activities for large-scale US construction projects.

This is a high-ownership role involving project coordination, team leadership, client communication, quality management, change orders, submittals, and project delivery. The role also offers strong exposure to US construction practices and VDC/project engineering.

Preferred Experience

• US construction project experience is highly preferred.
• Other international construction experience may also be considered.
• Building / Commercial construction experience preferred.
• Infrastructure construction experience may be considered.
• Experience with VDC/project engineering is an advantage.

Plant / Industrial construction experience will not be considered.

Candidate Profile

We are looking for candidates with strong leadership, communication, stakeholder management, problem‑solving, and project delivery skills.

Stable career history is preferred:

candidates should ideally have spent at least 1.5 years with each organization.
