Job summary

Acies in Mumbai seeks a senior Risk Management professional to lead end-to-end IFRS9/IndAS109 implementations, including ECL and EIR modeling. The role requires mentoring a 10-15 member team, managing multiple projects, and engaging CXO-level stakeholders. It supports pre-sales activities and modernization initiatives.

Ideal candidates will have FRM/CFA or equivalent risk qualifications, strong English communication, and hands-on SDLC familiarity. Compensation discussions follow selection.

Job description

• Preferred Experience: Implementation and delivery of Risk Management solutions, including OFSAA, SAS, Moody’s, and similar platforms with expertise in IFRS 9 (ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, Credit Risk Modeling) and Model Risk Management.


• Educational Qualification: B.Tech, MBA, or other relevant professional qualifications.


• Preferred Certifications: FRM, CFA, or equivalent risk and finance certifications.


• Preferred Geographic Experience: India, Middle East, or APAC markets.


• Language Requirement: Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.


• Technology Skills: Proficiency in MS Office, SQL, and Python, with a good understanding of Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes.

Key responsibility areas:

• End-to-end implementation experience in IFRS9 / IndAS109 solutions covering ECL & EIR


• Strong understanding of ECL, EIR, PD, LGD, and EAD


• Hands-on experience in risk modeling and implementation


• Proficiency in MS Excel, SQL, and Python

Key Responsibilities:

• Work permit requirements: Either Indian Citizen or having valid work permit to work in India


• Period of engagement: Full-time position
