Job summary

3i Infotech in India is seeking a Data & Analytics Project Manager to lead delivery of analytics initiatives for General Insurance clients. You will drive end-to-end lifecycles, coordinate with business stakeholders, data engineers, and vendors, and ensure on-time, within-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong hands-on experience with data warehouses, data lakehouses, ETL, BI tools, and modern cloud platforms, with a deep understanding of insurance processes such as policy administration,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in delivering Data & Analytics projects within the General Insurance industry.
• Hands-on experience in Data Warehousing, Data Lake/Lakehouse, ETL, BI, and Analytics implementations.
• Strong understanding of General Insurance business processes, including Policy Administration, Underwriting, Claims, Reinsurance, Finance, and Regulatory Reporting.
• Experience managing end-to-end Data & Analytics project lifecycles using Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies.
• Ability to coordinate with business stakeholders, technical teams, and vendors to ensure successful project delivery.
• Experience in project planning, risk management, stakeholder communication, and governance.
• Exposure to on-premises and modern cloud data platforms (e.g., Oracle Data Integrator, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure) and BI tools (Oracle, Tableau, Power BI) is preferred.
