Job summary

The role emphasizes collaboration with stakeholders, design of ELT data integration, and advanced SQL/NoSQL queries, with a strong focus on accuracy, quality, and effective reporting for business decisions.

Qualifications

• 4-8 years of relevant experience in data analyses.
• Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in IT/CS/Statistics/Economics or equivalent fields experience.
• Proficiency in Guidewire and Duckcreek data models, including an understanding of insurance industry practices.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail in data analysis and reporting.
• Strong skills in data cleaning techniques and enrichment methodologies.
• Experience in designing and implementing Extract, Load, Transform (ELT) processes for data integration.
• Familiarity with data profiling tools and techniques to assess data quality.
• Familiarity with cloud-based data storage and processing solutions (e.g., AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake)
• Advanced SQL, NoSQL skills for querying and managing relational databases.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present findings to non-technical stakeholders.
• Basic project management skills to manage timelines and deliverables effectively.
