Job summary

Trigyn Technologies in Delhi is seeking an experienced data analyst/scientist to design, build and maintain data pipelines, reports and dashboards for complex IT engagements. The role requires hands-on delivery of analytics solutions and translating data into actionable insights for leadership and clients.

The ideal candidate has 12+ years of experience in data analysis, strong insurance domain understanding, and proficiency in SQL, Python/R, and BI tools.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience in data analysis / data science delivering reporting and analytics solutions in large IT engagements.
• Strong domain knowledge in general insurance and data modeling for analytics.
• Proficient in data analysis/visualization tools (SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau) and communicating results to non-technical stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to support project outcome areas.
• Analyze large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders.

Work Location: Client Office, Delhi (candidates must be open to working from client office in Delhi)

• Key Responsibilities - Design, build, and maintain data pipelines, reports, and dashboards to support project outcome areas
• Analyze large, complex datasets to surface actionable insights for business and technical stakeholders
• Translate raw data into clear, decision-ready reporting and visualizations for leadership and client review
• Collaborate with project, technical, and business teams to define data requirements and success metrics
• Identify data quality issues and recommend improvements to data collection, structure, and reporting processes

Experience Minimum 12 years of experience in data analysis / data science, with hands‑on experience delivering reporting and analytics solutions in large-scale IT engagements

Desired Skills Competencies - Strong general insurance business understanding, with the ability to apply this context to data modeling and analysis - Domain knowledge relevant to the projects outcome areas, with demonstrated experience in similar engagements - Deep understanding of the challenges faced by customers and agents from a data, reporting, and analytics perspective, with the ability to translate these into meaningful insights and dashboards - Proficiency in data analysis/visualization tools (e.g., SQL, Python/R, Power BI/Tableau) and statistical methods - Strong analytical thinking, attention to detail, and ability to communicate findings clearly to non‑technical stakeholders

Qualification B.E. / B.Tech in Computer Science / Electronics / ECE / EE / ECS / IT Engineering, or MCA, along with a relevant professional certification in Data Analysis or Data Science
