Job summary

Jindal Steel Limited is seeking a strategic project leader to oversee end-to-end planning and execution of structural steel and fabrication projects in India. You will drive delivery within SQCD parameters and coordinate with customers, consultants, EPC contractors and third-party inspection agencies.

This role requires strong expertise in project planning, cost control, contract and quality management, with the ability to lead cross-functional teams, mitigate risks and deliver projects on

Qualifications

• 1520+ years of relevant experience in steel fabrication, structural steel, heavy engineering or EPC projects.
• Proven experience in managing large-scale and complex fabrication projects.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, cost control, contract management and quality management.
• Sound knowledge of fabrication, welding, NDT, blasting & painting processes.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, SAP/ERP and MS Excel.
• Strong leadership, stakeholder management, negotiation and problem-solving capabilities.
• Excellent customer orientation with strong commercial and business acumen.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and deliver projects within committed timelines.

Responsibilities
