Job summary

Neuiq Technologies in Mumbai is seeking an experienced quantitative research project manager to drive end-to-end delivery of studies, from setup through tabulation handoff and client communications. You will coordinate survey programming, field management, data quality checks, and budget tracking.

You will work with platforms like Qualtrics and Decipher, oversee pilots, ensure on-time delivery, and implement automation to streamline recurring tasks while maintaining documentation and stakeholder

Qualifications

• MBA/PGDM is required or equivalent in marketing, market research, analytics, or operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day delivery of quantitative studies (tracker, ad tests, product tests, U&A, segmentation), ensuring on-time, on-spec delivery.
• Act as a single point of contact for clients and internal stakeholders; run client calls, manage expectations, and handle change requests.
• Coordinate with survey programmers and QA teams to implement questionnaires in Qualtrics, ConfirmIT, Decipher, IOM (or equivalents); ensure correct routing, quotas, and device compatibility.
• Oversee soft launch / pilot, monitor field progress and resolve field issues (panels, incentive, sample quality), escalating as required.
• Validate incoming data deliverables, review tabulations, liaise with analytics / tabulation teams for clean datasets and cross-tabs.
• Drive process improvements and automation for recurring tasks (templates, checklists, reporting automation) and maintain project documentation (SOWs, timelines, runbooks).
• Support resource allocation, vendor negotiation and budget tracking for individual projects.

• Covers programming, scripting, logic, and database concepts that are useful for survey programming.
• Hands-on involvement in client/stakeholder management, timelines, budgets, and QC protocols.
• AI Literacy - Ability to understand and leverage AI tools to automate workflows, enhance data quality, and improve efficiency across the research project lifecycle.
