Job summary

TMF Group in India is seeking a seasoned Delivery Lead to drive and deliver complex projects, programs or operational portfolios with strong governance and risk management.

You will act as a subject matter expert, coordinating multiple workstreams, managing stakeholders and ensuring profitable, on-time outcomes for clients.

Responsibilities

• End-to-End Delivery Ownership: Lead delivery of complex projects/programmes aligned to scope, time, cost and quality.
• Planning & Execution: Define detailed plans including scope, resources, timelines and interdependencies; manage execution across multiple workstreams.
• Stakeholder & Client Management: Act as central point of contact for clients and senior stakeholders; manage expectations and provide strategic insights.
• Risk & Issue Management: Identify, assess and mitigate risks proactively; manage escalations and corrective actions.
• Financial & Performance Management: Manage budgets, track performance and monitor KPIs; ensure profitability and delivery outcomes.
