Key Responsibilities

• Conduct and leverage ongoing research in business‑critical areas that support learning development and delivery.
• Support junior team members with ongoing feedback and guidance to transfer knowledge, best practices, resources, etc. to support the overall performance of the team.
• Own and manage long‑term deliverables where junior team members may be aligned to support.
• Deliver training to the business (locally or globally), while supporting the development and delivery of more junior team members.
• Lead various projects or programs being delivered within the Business Academy team.
• Lead the promotion and awareness of learning opportunities to the business, identifying new and innovative approaches to connect with the target audience.

Key Requirements

• Set the standard and model the quality service and production expected within the team.
• Handle challenging situations positively and effectively, escalating for support where relevant.
• Understand stakeholders, identify their needs, and propose solutions.
• Proactively seek information from stakeholders and share it with the immediate team.
• Provide direct ‘how‑to’ guidance to stakeholders.
• Seek learning opportunities to meet the needs of the current role and potential future areas not actively engaged in.
• Proactively manage and propose solutions to workload and prioritisation.
• Be proficient in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, in line with team needs.
• Perceive learning facilitation as advanced, able to connect with a live audience (virtual or in‑person).
• Understand the concepts of learning design, impact, and evaluation and be able to explain them to others in the team.
• Be able to multitask.
• Have project management skills.
• Have program management skills (i.e., overseeing a specific learning program from an administrative perspective).
• Analyse and present data in a meaningful way to business stakeholders.

It would be advantageous if the candidate has experience working for a financial services company such as TMF Group, but it is not mandatory. Additionally, an interest or background in Artificial Intelligence (AI) or using technology to enhance training methods would be advantageous.
