Job summary

TMF Group is expanding its India team to support end-to-end fund administration and regulatory reporting for Private Equity and AIF funds. The role emphasizes client relationship management, onboarding of new funds, and cross-functional collaboration with auditors and external service providers.

You will mentor junior teammates and drive process improvements to ensure high-quality delivery while meeting SLAs and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications

Experience in fund administration and regulatory reporting for PE & AIF funds.
Proven ability to handle complex fund structures, transactions and reporting.
Strong client relationship management in a service delivery setup.

Responsibilities

Act as a functional SME for end-to-end fund administration and regulatory reporting across Private Equity and AIF funds.
Lead new fund onboarding, transitions and fund setup coordinating across internal teams and stakeholders.
Manage investor onboarding, documentation and smooth operational integration.

Key Responsibilities

Act as afunctional subject matter expertfor end‑to‑end fund administration and regulatory reporting acrossPrivate Equity and AIF Category I & II funds.
Analyze and understandcomplex operational, accounting, and regulatory issuesand provide effective, practical solutions.
Leadnew fund onboarding, transitions, and fund setup, including coordination across internal teams and external stakeholders.
Manageinvestor onboarding, ensure accurate documentation, and oversee smooth operational integration.
Review and provide oversight onNAV packs, financial statements, waterfall calculations, PCAP, and other fund reportingfor complex fund structures.
Serve as theprimary relationship managerfor assigned clients, ensuring strong client engagement, timely communication, and issue resolution.
Seamlessly collaborate withinternal teams, external service providers, auditors, and other counterpartiesto ensure consistent and high‑quality delivery.
Functionally own and manage 5–6 client relationships, ensuring adherence to SLAs and regulatory requirements.
Train, mentor, and guidejunior team members, monitor their progress, and ensure skill development and delivery excellence.
Lead and executeprojects associated with business expansion, process improvements, transitions, or regulatory changes, as required.

Key Requirements

Required Skills and Experience

Strong hands‑on experience inFund Administration and Regulatory ReportingforPrivate Equity and AIF Category I & II funds.
Proven ability to handlecomplex fund structures, transactions, and reporting requirements.
Demonstratedclient management and relationship‑management experiencein a service delivery environment.
Strong functional understanding ofNAV, financial statements, waterfalls, capital accounting, and PCAP.
Excellent stakeholder‑management skills with the ability to work across cross‑functional and geographically distributed teams.
Experience in mentoring and managing junior team members.

Preferred Qualifications

Exposure to fund accounting systems such asInvestran, Archway, and Anaplanwill be an added advantage.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
