Qualifications

• 8–10 years of experience in project/program management in tech or product organizations.
• Proven experience managing multiple teams or product streams.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, or hybrid).
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
• Experience with tools like Jira, Confluence, or similar.

Responsibilities
