Persistent Systems Limited in Hyderabad seeks an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead large-scale technology and business transformation initiatives. You will drive planning, governance, delivery, risk management, and stakeholder engagement to ensure on-time, on-scope, on-budget outcomes.

The role requires strong leadership of cross-functional and distributed teams, proficiency with Agile/Waterfall/Hybrid methods, and hands-on use of Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, MS Project, and Excel.

Qualifications

• 14-18 years of overall professional experience with a strong background in Project Management and Technology Delivery.
• Minimum 7+ years of hands-on Project Management experience managing medium to large-scale initiatives.
• Strong expertise in project planning, execution, governance, monitoring, and delivery management.
• Proven experience managing project scope, timelines, budgets, quality, risks, and stakeholder expectations.
• Strong knowledge of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, and Hybrid delivery methodologies.
• Experience managing RAID logs, project status reporting, governance reviews, and executive communication.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Azure DevOps, Microsoft Project, and Excel.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional and geographically distributed project teams.
• Experience coordinating with business leaders, clients, vendors, and external partners.
• Strong understanding of project financial management, budgeting, forecasting, and resource planning.
• Excellent problem-solving, negotiation, conflict resolution, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.

Responsabilités

What You'll Do:
