What You'll Do:

• Partner with Sales, Partnerships, Practice, Delivery, and Center of Excellence (CoE) teams to drive growth across the Data, Analytics, and AI portfolio.
• Identify strategic growth opportunities across existing clients and target accounts.
• Evaluate market trends, customer priorities, and competitive positioning to define growth strategies.
• Drive pipeline creation, account expansion, and business development initiatives.
• Support revenue growth by enabling cross-sell, up-sell, and solution-led transformation opportunities.
• Define and continuously refine go-to-market strategies, industry plays, and account-specific solution offerings.
• Develop business-focused solution narratives aligned with customer challenges and transformation priorities.
• Create differentiated service offerings, accelerators, frameworks, and reusable assets.
• Work closely with delivery and practice leaders to evolve offerings and increase market relevance.
• Support pricing strategy, commercial structuring, and value realization discussions.
• Engage senior business and technology stakeholders to understand strategic objectives and transformation roadmaps.
• Lead executive conversations around Data Modernization, Advanced Analytics, Artificial Intelligence, Generative AI, Cloud Data Platforms, and Digital Transformation.
• Position Persistent as a strategic advisor by connecting technology investments to measurable business outcomes.
• Facilitate executive workshops, customer advisory sessions, and solution discovery engagements.
• Build trusted advisor relationships across client organizations.
• Support strategic pursuits through solution shaping, value articulation, and proposal leadership.
• Guide pre-sales teams in developing compelling business cases and transformation roadmaps.
• Contribute to RFP responses, presentations, proposal reviews, and executive pitches.
• Collaborate with account leaders to improve pursuit quality and win probability.
• Provide commercial guidance for complex opportunities and large-scale transformation programs.
• Gather feedback from customers, sales teams, and market stakeholders to drive offering enhancements.
• Support the evolution of Data, Analytics, AI, and GenAI service portfolios.
• Identify emerging technology opportunities and industry-specific solution requirements.
• Define roadmap priorities, positioning strategies, and packaging approaches.
• Drive innovation initiatives that strengthen market differentiation.
• Act as a thought leader across Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI domains.
• Represent Persistent at industry events, customer engagements, leadership forums, and strategic workshops.
• Develop executive-level presentations, whitepapers, case studies, and market-facing content.
• Mentor teams on solution strategy, business value articulation, and client engagement best practices.
• Foster collaboration across sales, consulting, architecture, engineering, and delivery organizations.

Expertise You'll Bring:

• 12 to 16 years of experience in consulting, solution architecture, pre-sales, enterprise transformation, delivery leadership, or growth-focused technology roles.
• Strong experience working with medium to large enterprise customers across multiple industries.
• Proven track record of driving business growth, strategic pursuits, and client transformation initiatives.
• Experience working with executive stakeholders and influencing strategic decisions.
• Strong ability to align business objectives with technology-driven transformation strategies.
• Strong understanding of modern Data, Analytics, AI, and Generative AI ecosystems.
• Experience with enterprise data modernization, advanced analytics, cloud transformation, and AI adoption programs.
• Knowledge of modern data platforms, data engineering, data governance, reporting, business intelligence, and AI-enabled solutions.
• Understanding of emerging AI and Generative AI technologies and their business applications.
• Ability to articulate technology value in business-relevant terms.
• Experience supporting deal shaping, opportunity qualification, commercial strategy, and value-based selling.
• Strong knowledge of solution positioning, proposal development, and pursuit management.
• Experience developing business cases, transformation roadmaps, and executive presentations.
• Ability to translate market demand into actionable offerings and growth strategies.
• Strong understanding of account planning, pipeline development, and growth motions.
• Exceptional executive communication, presentation, and storytelling skills.
• Experience facilitating strategy workshops and advisory discussions.
• Ability to influence and collaborate across multiple stakeholder groups.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build trusted relationships.
• Experience managing complex stakeholder environments and competing priorities.
