• 5-8 years of software development experience with Java Full Stack technologies.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the design and development of scalable, secure, and high-performing full-stack applications.
• Architect and implement enterprise solutions using Java, Spring Boot, React, and cloud-native technologies.
• Drive specification-led development using SpecKit and AI-Driven Software Development Lifecycle (AIDLC) practices.
• Collaborate with Product Owners, Architects, and business stakeholders to transform business requirements into technical solutions.
• Design reusable platform capabilities, frameworks, accelerators, and shared services.
• Lead technical design discussions, architecture reviews, and solution planning activities.
• Develop and maintain RESTful APIs, microservices, and integration services.
• Mentor engineers and provide technical guidance across all phases of the software development lifecycle.
• Conduct code reviews, design reviews, and technical assessments to ensure engineering excellence.
• Promote best practices in software design, clean coding, security, scalability, and maintainability.
• Drive adoption of GitHub Copilot, AI-assisted engineering tools, automation frameworks, and modern developer productivity practices.
• Collaborate with DevOps teams to establish CI/CD pipelines and deployment automation processes.
• Support application performance tuning, troubleshooting, monitoring, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, estimation, and technical retrospectives.
• Evaluate emerging technologies and recommend innovative solutions to improve engineering effectiveness.

What You'll Do:

Expertise You'll Bring:
