WebBee eSolutions Pvt Ltd. in Noida (Delhi NCR) seeks a highly driven Senior Project Manager to own end-to-end project execution across engineering teams.

This is a core PM/Technical PM role focusing on Agile execution, sprint management, release planning, and delivery tracking in a SaaS/product-based environment. You will drive blockers, manage timelines, align Product, Engineering, QA, and Business stakeholders, and maintain project visibility using Jira/ClickUp/Zoho.

Qualifikationen

• 5-10 years of relevant experience in Project Management, Agile Project Management, Technical Project Management, or IT Project Management.
• Strong hands-on experience managing Agile/Scrum projects and engineering teams.
• Proven experience in sprint planning, execution, delivery tracking, and release management.
• Hands-on experience with Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools.
• Strong understanding of project lifecycle, risk management, dependencies, and delivery processes.
• Experience coordinating with cross-functional technical/product teams.
• Good understanding of APIs, integrations, workflows, and SaaS products.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
• Excellent ownership, organization, problem-solving, and execution skills.
• Experience in a product-based or SaaS company will be highly preferred.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Candidates must have hands-on experience in Project Management and Agile delivery.
• Candidates must be from Delhi NCR or nearby area and comfortable working from office in Noida Sector 62, 5 days a week.

• Own end-to-end project execution, from planning through delivery and release.
• Lead Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning.
• Drive sprint execution and ensure projects are delivered within agreed timelines and scope.
• Coordinate closely with engineering, product, QA, and other technical teams.
• Identify and proactively resolve project blockers, dependencies, and execution gaps.
• Track project progress, risks, issues, dependencies, milestones, and mitigation plans.
• Manage release schedules and ensure smooth deployment of product releases.
• Ensure alignment between Product, Engineering, QA, Business, and other stakeholders
• Maintain project visibility through Jira, ClickUp, Zoho, or similar project management tools
• Monitor timelines, resource allocation, sprint velocity, and delivery milestones.
• Support engineering teams with prioritization, planning, estimation, and execution.
• Conduct regular project status reviews and provide clear updates to stakeholders.
• Take ownership of escalations and drive timely resolution independently.
• Ensure project documentation, execution tracking, and reporting are maintained accurately.
