Job summary

Mployee.me is seeking a Senior Project Manager to own complex, business-critical projects in a hybrid setting in Jaipur/Noida. The role requires strong accountability and sound judgment to stabilize delivery in challenging environments.

The candidate will manage end-to-end delivery, budgets, governance, and stakeholder relationships, driving timely decisions and cross-functional collaboration. 10+ years of experience and proficiency with Jira/Confluence/MS Project are preferred.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of overall experience with significant ownership as a Senior Project Manager
• Proven experience handling complex and high-priority projects
• Strong documentation skills (BRD, FRD/FSD, project plans)
• Excellent presentation, negotiation, and leadership skills
• Hands-on experience with Jira, Confluence, MS Project, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience delivering Enterprise platforms, SaaS, and PaaS solutions
• Strong commercial and financial awareness
• Excellent stakeholder management and executive communication skills

Responsibilities
