Job summary

Quest Global in Bengaluru is seeking an experienced professional to lead end-to-end delivery of digital and software development projects. You will drive agile practices, architect and implement full-stack solutions using Python, ReactJS/Next.js, FastAPI and PostgreSQL, and guide teams through design reviews and deployment.

The role emphasizes Scrum Master responsibilities, stakeholder collaboration, and data visualization with Tableau, while ensuring high-quality, scalable enterprise

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, IT, or a related field.
• 7–9 years of relevant experience leading full-stack software/digital projects.
• Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and performing Scrum Master responsibilities.
• Strong understanding of software architecture, API integration, relational databases, SDLC, and enterprise app development.
• Experience leading cross-functional technical teams and contributing to technical solution development.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, problem-solving, and project delivery skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of digital and software development projects using Agile/Scrum methodologies.
• Design, develop, and support full-stack web applications using Python, ReactJS/Next.js, FastAPI, and PostgreSQL.
• Develop responsive frontend applications, backend services, REST APIs, and database integrations.
• Facilitate sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, retrospectives, and release planning as a Scrum Master.
• Translate business requirements into technical solutions, user stories, and development plans with stakeholders and Product Owners.
• Provide technical leadership, conduct design/code reviews, and guide teams on architecture, coding standards, testing, and deployment.
• Develop and integrate data visualization and reporting solutions using Tableau.
• Manage project schedules, dependencies, risks, impediments, UAT, releases, and stakeholder communication.
