• Develop new service lines for customer requirements.
• Build and manage teams.
• Provide solutions, strategy and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Manage project delivery in alignment with plans by working with Project Leaders and Technical Managers.
• Conduct internal review meetings.
• Collaborate with different teams within the customer organization to deliver projects with stringent timelines.
• Implement digital solutions to automate or improve execution methodologies.
• Resource management, attrition management, grooming leaders and proactive hiring for pipeline projects.
• Support proposals (RFP/RFQ/RFI) and lead status review meetings with customers.
• Ensure employee engagement and uphold quality and compliance standards.
• Support sales campaigns, cross‑sell and up‑sell initiatives.
• Guide and mentor team members.
• Maintain project health and progress, including delivery plans, resource plans, initiatives, issues, and escalations.
• Adhere to Quest policies and processes.
