Job summary

Vaisesika Consulting is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex enterprise technology programs across ERP, CRM, eCommerce, cloud, and cybersecurity domains. The role requires governance, stakeholder coordination, and reliable delivery across global teams and vendors.

The ideal candidate will drive project plans, budgets, schedules, and risk management while mentoring junior PMs and ensuring best practices in SDLC and hybrid methodologies.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience managing medium to large-scale enterprise IT projects.
• Proven experience delivering projects across ERP, Salesforce, CRM, eCommerce, Cloud Migration, Infrastructure, Database Migration, Enterprise Applications, Integration Projects, Analytics, Digital Transformation.
• Strong knowledge of Project Lifecycle Management; SDLC; Agile, Waterfall & Hybrid Methodologies; Budget & Financial Management; Risk & Change Management; Vendor Management; Resource Planning; Executive Stakeholder Management.
• Experience working with global teams and third-party vendors.
• Excellent leadership, communication, presentation, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project delivery from initiation through planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Manage enterprise programs involving ERP Implementation, Salesforce/CRM, eCommerce, Cloud Migration, Database Migration, Infrastructure, and Integrations.
• Prepare and manage project plans, schedules, budgets, RAID logs, governance documents, and project financials.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams, business stakeholders, technical teams, vendors, and external partners.
• Ensure adherence to PMO governance, SDLC processes, compliance, security, and quality standards.
• Monitor project KPIs, milestones, budget utilization, benefits realization, and overall health.
• Mentor junior Project Managers and contribute to PMO process improvements.
