Solaredge in Bengaluru is seeking a Senior Project Manager to oversee India Site Projects Delivery amidst complex global product launches. The ideal candidate will have over 10 years of experience in engineering/R&D, strong leadership in cross-functional teams, and knowledge in power electronics.

This role involves driving end-to-end execution of R&D programs, managing interdependent activities, and ensuring successful project delivery across timelines and stakeholders.

What You Will Own

• Owning India Site Projects Delivery with highly interdependent HW-FW-System activities happening across cross cultures
• Drive end-to-end execution of complex R&D programs: Concept -> Architecture -> Design -> Verification & Validation -> Certification -> Production
• Act as the trusted Project interface between Head Quarter Design Center and India engineering teams
• Translate global Program Requirements ( Schedule , Cost , Quality ) into clear, executable plans for India Teams,
• Lead , Guide & Mobilize the following cross-functional teams for Successful Project Delivery,
• Power electronics hardware
• Embedded firmware / control systems
• System integration & validation
• Drive synchronization in a matrix organization across geographies includingOperations, supply chain, and production
• Build and drive project plans, milestones, and deliverables
• Track progress, anticipate risks & Remove Execution bottlenecks by driving
• Build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels & able to Influence without authority across global teams
• Drive a culture of ownership and collaboration

• 10+ years experience in engineering / R&D environments
• Education :( Preferred ) Bachelor of Engineering or Similar
• 5+ years leading complex product development programs

Strong background in:

• Power electronics (inverters, converters, energy systems),
• Proven ability to manage cross-functional, multi-site team Projects
• Experience driving programs across full lifecycle (R&D -> production)
• Strong program management fundamentals:
• Planning & Tracking, Risk Management , Resource management
• Excellent communication skills in global environments
• PMP Or Agile certifications
