Job summary

USEReady Inc. is seeking a seasoned leader to drive end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs from our Bengaluru hub.

You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams, ensuring on-time value delivery. You will design cloud-based data platforms using AWS/Azure, Databricks and Snowflake, translating Oil & Gas or Manufacturing objectives into scalable data and AI solutions while practicing Agile

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs.
• Strong domain experience in Oil & Gas or Manufacturing.
• PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.
• Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions using AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks.
• Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate Oil & Gas or Manufacturing objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards.
• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes and data-driven insights.

Preferred Experience:
