Job summary

USEReady Inc. is seeking an experienced AWS DevOps/PMO-aligned professional to lead large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI programs. You will manage scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.

The role requires 15+ years in IT with 5+ years in data/AI programs, plus PMP/Prince2 or Agile/Scrum certs. Domain experience in Healthcare/Life Sciences is a plus. Masters/MBA is advantageous.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs.
• Domain experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences (HLS) is a plus.
• PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.
• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs across multiple workstreams.
• Drive design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions using AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake.
• Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate client objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.
• Establish governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring data privacy, security, and regulatory compliance.
• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and partners, to deliver high-quality solutions and measurable business value.
• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, predictive analytics, data, and automation to optimize processes and drive insights.

Description

• Lead end-to-end delivery of large-scale Data Engineering, Analytics, and AI/ML programs, managing scope, schedule, budget, risks, and stakeholder expectations across multiple workstreams.

• Drive the design and implementation of cloud-based data platforms, data lakes, ETL/ELT pipelines, data governance, and AI solutions leveraging technologies such as AWS, Azure, Databricks, Snowflake, and modern AI frameworks.

• Partner with business leaders, domain SMEs, data scientists, architects, and engineering teams to translate client objectives into scalable data and AI solutions.

• Establish program governance, Agile delivery practices, KPI tracking, and executive reporting while ensuring compliance with data privacy, security, regulatory, and industry standards.

• Manage cross-functional and geographically distributed teams, including vendors and consulting partners, to deliver high-quality solutions that improve operational efficiency, decision-making, risk management, and customer outcomes.

• Identify opportunities to leverage AI/ML, Predictive Analytics, Data and Automation to optimize business processes, enhance data-driven insights, and deliver measurable business value.

Preferred Experience:

• 15+ years in IT with 5+ years managing Data Engineering, Analytics, or AI programs.

• Domain experience in Healthcare and Life Sciences(HLS) is a plus

• PMP/Prince2 and Agile/Scrum certifications preferred.

• Experience managing multi-million-dollar transformation programs and executive stakeholders.

Education

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related discipline.

• Masters degree/MBA in Technology or Business Management is an advantage.
