Job summary

archVi is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery for PropTech and architectural visualization projects in Bengaluru. You will manage client relationships, translate briefs into actionable plans, and drive end-to-end project execution across 3D visualization, renders, VR/AR, video production, and AI integration.

The role requires 4–10 years of PM experience in PropTech/Arch Viz or related creative/tech studios, with strong CAD/BIM and cross-functional leadership

Qualifications

• 4–10 years of project management experience in PropTech, Architectural Visualization, Creative Agency, Production House, or Interactive Tech Studio.
• Strong CAD/BIM familiarity or related 3D pipelines and video/post-production exposure.
• Demonstrated track record delivering enterprise client projects.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles across multiple workstreams (3D Visualization, CG Renders, VR/AR, Video Production, Brand Design, AI).
• Coordinate cross-functional teams including artists, engineers, and producers; ensure on-time delivery and quality.
• Set scopes, timelines, resources, and milestones; manage risks and client communications.
• Scale processes, establish workflows, and drive continuous improvement after projects.

As we scale our technology and creative offerings, we are looking for a high-powered Senior Project Manager to lead cross-functional delivery, manage strategic developer relationships, and drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for tier-1 real estate clients and developer marketing heads during the execution phase.
• Translate complex developer briefs, CAD/BIM architectural drawings, and marketing goals into crisp execution plans.
• Manage client expectations, conduct milestone reviews, and maintain clear, proactive communication.

End-to-End Delivery Management

• Lead end-to-end project lifecycles across diverse workstreams: 3D Visualization, CG Renders, Virtual Reality/AR, Video Production, Brand Design, and AI Integration.
• Define project scopes, timelines, resource allocation, and milestone schedules using modern project management tools (Jira, Asana, Monday.com, etc.).
• Identify operational bottlenecks, manage scope creep, and implement proactive risk mitigation strategies.

Cross-Functional Team Coordination

• Collaborate daily with 3D artists, creative directors, software engineers, and production crews to maintain creative velocity.
• Enforce rigorous quality assurance (QA) checks on CAD interpretation, lighting, spatial accuracy, and software responsiveness before client reviews.
• Manage vendor relationships and freelance talent for specialized video production or tech execution.

Process & Operations Scaling

• Establish standardized workflows, asset pipelines, and client sign-off frameworks tailored for PropTech and architectural visualization.
• Monitor project health metrics (margin, velocity, resource utilization, and client satisfaction).
• Drive post-project retrospectives to continually refine delivery frameworks.

Who We Are Looking For

Requirements:

• Experience: 4 -10 years of project management experience within PropTech, Architectural Visualization, Creative Agency, Production House, or Interactive Tech Studio.
• Domain Knowledge: Strong understanding of CAD/BIM architectural files, 3D pipelines (e.g., 3ds Max, Unreal Engine, Blender), video post-production, or digital product delivery.
• Client Handling: Proven track record of managing enterprise clients, enterprise agency relationships, or top-tier real estate developers.
