Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering is required.
• 10+ years of MEP experience with office fit-out projects.

• Familiarity with building codes and energy-efficient design practices.
• Experience with BIM and coordination of MEP services.
• PM skills including scheduling, budgeting and resource allocation.
