The ideal candidate will bring extensive expertise in managing interior fitout and renovation projects from conception through completion, ensuring delivery of high-quality spaces that meet client objectives while maintaining schedule, budget, and quality standards.**Key Responsibilities****Project Leadership and Delivery**Lead end-to-end fitout project execution for commercial office spaces, managing all phases from initial planning through project closeout and handover. Develop comprehensive project plans including scope definition, schedules, budgets, resource allocation, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and stakeholder alignment throughout the project lifecycle.**Budget and Financial Management**Prepare detailed cost estimates, project budgets, and financial forecasts for fitout projects. Monitor and control project expenditures, track budget variances, and implement corrective actions to maintain financial targets. Review contractor quotations, process payment certifications, and manage change orders while ensuring cost optimization and value engineering opportunities are identified and implemented.**Contract and Vendor Management**Manage tender processes including preparation of bid documents, contractor prequalification, bid evaluation, and contract award recommendations. Administer contracts with contractors, vendors, and consultants, ensuring compliance with terms and conditions.
