Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Building Services.
• Strong knowledge of mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection systems in commercial offices.
• Experience with BIM for MEPF coordination and building automation concepts.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and coordinate all MEPF aspects of interior fit-out projects, ensuring timely completion, quality standards, and budget adherence.
• Develop and manage project schedules, budgets, and resource allocation plans for MEPF systems.
• Collaborate with architects, interior designers, sustainability consultants, and other construction teams to integrate MEPF systems into the project design.
• Coordinate with clients, consultants, and subcontractors to ensure MEPF requirements are met and systems are optimized for efficiency and sustainability.
• Review MEPF designs, shop drawings, and technical submittals.
• Implement and maintain safety protocols and quality control measures specific to MEPF installations.
• Manage procurement processes for MEPF equipment and materials, including vendor selection and contract negotiations.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to MEPF systems during project execution.
• Conduct regular site inspections and progress meetings with stakeholders, focusing on MEPF milestones and challenges.
• Review compliance with local building codes, regulations, and industry standards for MEPF systems.
• Experience in managing MEPF retrofits in occupied Office spaces.
• Experience with testing and of commissioning of MEPF systems.
• Mentor and develop junior MEPF team members, fostering technical expertise and project management skills.
