Qualifications

• Proven track record delivering projects ranging from 50,000 to 200,000+ square feet.
• Strong understanding of MEP systems, civil works, and interior finishes.
• Experience with corporate office fitouts, multinational client environments preferred.

Responsibilities

You will be responsible for managing the complete project lifecycle from planning through execution and handover, ensuring delivery to the highest standards of quality, safety, and client satisfaction.**Key Responsibilities****Project Management & Delivery**Manage multiple fitout projects simultaneously from inception to completion, ensuring delivery within approved timelines, budgets, and quality standards. Develop comprehensive project execution plans including scope definition, resource allocation, scheduling, and risk management strategies. Coordinate with clients, contractors, consultants, and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless project delivery. Monitor project progress against established milestones and implement corrective actions when necessary.**Client Relationship Management**Serve as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the project lifecycle. Understand client requirements and translate them into actionable project deliverables. Provide regular status updates and maintain transparent communication on project performance, issues, and opportunities. Build and maintain strong relationships to drive repeat business and client satisfaction.**Financial & Contract Management**Prepare and manage project budgets, tracking costs and ensuring financial targets are met. Review and negotiate contractor quotations and variations. Administer contracts in accordance with agreed terms and conditions.
