Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Project Lead (MEP) to oversee mechanical, electrical, plumbing and fire protection on office fit-out projects. This on-site Mumbai role requires expert MEP knowledge and strong project management to deliver within scope, schedule and budget.

You will review designs, manage interfaces with architects and contractors, conduct site inspections and drive commissioning and handover activities, ensuring compliance with codes and safety standards.

Qualifications

• Must have strong technical expertise in MEP systems for commercial office fit-outs.
• Experience coordinating with architects, contractors and clients on complex projects.
