Job summary

Subhasree Projects Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a Project Execution & Site Management professional to supervise end-to-end solar project delivery across utility-scale, commercial and rooftop systems in India.

You will coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics and construction teams to meet schedules and budgets while ensuring compliance with drawings and specifications. You will lead QA/QC processes, safety audits, and pre-commissioning activities, while liaising with clients and vendors to drive

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy or related discipline.
• Experience with solar project lifecycle, EPC practices, and on-site execution.
• Familiarity with IEC/IS/NEC standards and local regulations.
• Proficient in project management tools and office software.

Responsibilities

• Support end-to-end execution of utility-scale, C&I, and rooftop solar projects with schedules, milestones, and resource planning.

• Implement QA/QC procedures; conduct safety audits and risk assessments.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization; ensure handover with documentation.

Project Execution & Site Management

• Support end-to-end execution of utility-scale, C&I, and rooftop solar projects — schedules, milestones, and resource planning.
• Coordinate with engineering, procurement, logistics, and construction teams.
• Supervise site activities (civil, structural, electrical, module installation) per approved drawings, BOQ, and specs.
• Monitor contractor/subcontractor performance; conduct site inspections and progress reviews.

Stakeholder & Procurement Coordination

• Serve as primary liaison between clients, consultants, vendors, contractors, and internal teams; represent project in review meetings.
• Facilitate approvals, inspections, and statutory compliances.
• Coordinate material/equipment delivery; monitor inventory, stock, and consumption records.

Quality, Safety & Commissioning

• Implement QA/QC procedures and enforce EHS standards; conduct safety audits, toolbox talks, and risk assessments.
• Coordinate pre-commissioning, testing, commissioning, and grid synchronization; ensure smooth handover with documentation.

Documentation & Cost Control

• Prepare daily/weekly/monthly progress reports; maintain DPRs, MOMs, RFIs, NCRs, and site logs.
• Track KPIs, budgets, and expenditures; support billing, variation orders, and project closure.

Technical Skills

• Knowledge of solar PV systems, BOS components, inverters, transformers, SCADA, and grid connectivity.
• Understanding of EPC project lifecycle and construction methodologies.
• Familiarity with electrical and civil installation practices.
• Knowledge of applicable standards such as IEC, IS, NEC, and local regulations.
• Proficiency in MS Project / Primavera, AutoCAD, MS Excel and PowerPoint, and project reporting tools.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Renewable Energy, or related discipline.
• Additional certification in Project Management, Solar Design, or Construction Management is preferred.
