Job description

Leading Premium Luxury real estate Developer hiring Senior Project Engineer for their new projects in Alibag, Mumbai.

Role & responsibilities:

• Monitor and supervise all construction activities including QA/QC approvals as per the approved check lists and methodology statements
• Study structural, architectural and engineering drawings and specifications
• Requesting Design & Engineering to release drawings as per site requirement in the site meetings
• Site level Planning, directing, and coordinating activities pertaining to all building, infrastructure and other facilities.
• Execution of works as per GFC drawings and specifications based on the schedule of works.
• Regular reporting of progress of works and material status at site.
• Ensure work progress as per agreed timelines and Coordination and checking of deliverables as per schedule.
• Preparation of Daily/Monthly/ Weekly project status reports
• Adherence to all technical, contractual and statutory requirements as per contract document
• Project quality control and provide necessary documentation
• Responsible for tracking the master schedule, conducting and coordinating the technical and management aspects of projects.
• Ensure proper communication with project stake holders.
• Participating in contractor meetings and follow up on contractor deliverables.
• Ensure EHS requirements are followed as per companys policy
• Assist in the preparation of construction cost estimates
• Perform other assigned duties as deemed necessary by Project-in-charge
• Approving the labor subcontractor bills and external agency bills prior to submitting to contracts for verification
• Ensuring the execution of the civil related works as per the approved schedule with focus on quality, safety, time and cost
• Allocating work to the execution team members

Preferred candidate profile:

• Civil Engineer with 6 to 9 years of site execution experience in residential projects.
