• Collaborate with cross-functional project delivery teams to ensure seamless execution. Meetthe success parameters of clients and Infosys.
• Client Relationship Management – Establish, build and strengthen client relationships.
• Conduct/contribute to workshops with client, ecosystem partners and Infosys stakeholdersto define business case, leadership alignment, client sponsor identification, scopemodifications, contractual changes & program charter alignment.
• Participate in account and program reviews; Develop and carry out detailed transformationplan for own tracks; secures signoffs with program managers and sponsors.
• Receives change requests, facilitates impact analysis, schedules change control meetings,tracks the change request and ensures the relevant documents and stakeholders are updatedto close the change requests.

Technical and Professional Requirements

• Any Degree (Bachelors or Post Graduate)


• Prior experience and proven ability in leading large transformation/ change/ consulting/Digital/ Techno-functional programs


• Expertise in at least one functional domain and industry area
