Qualifications

• 12+ years of experience leading enterprise technology or business transformation programs.
• 8+ years managing SAP/ERP implementation, upgrade, or modernization initiatives.
• Strong knowledge of SAP S/4HANA, SAP ECC, Oracle ERP, or comparable enterprise platforms.
• Experience managing large-scale programs with $10M+ budgets.
• Strong expertise in PMO leadership, portfolio management, financial governance, and business transformation.
• Proven experience managing senior stakeholders including VP and C-suite executives.
• Strong vendor and system integrator management experience.
• Excellent executive communication and stakeholder management skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end SAP/ERP transformation programs and enterprise technology initiatives.
• Develop and manage multi-year transformation roadmaps aligned with business objectives.
• Establish program governance, portfolio prioritization, budget controls, and execution oversight.
• Track program performance, milestones, risks, dependencies, and business value.
• Coordinate global deployments across business units, regions, and functional teams.
• Manage system integrators, technology vendors, and internal delivery teams.
• Lead executive steering committee meetings, status reviews, and stakeholder communications.
• Drive issue resolution, decision‑making, and effective program governance.
• Lead organizational change management and user adoption initiatives.
• Support business process transformation across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.
• Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence throughout the transformation lifecycle.

We are looking for an experienced Portfolio / Program Manager to lead large-scale SAP, ERP and Finance Transformation initiatives for a global organization.

The role will involve managing enterprise-wide transformation programs, global SAP/ERP deployments, business process transformation, stakeholder management, governance, and delivery across Finance, Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations.
