Responsibilities

• Production Management: Oversee the end-to-end production process for assigned orders, ensuring adherence to quality standards, timelines, and client requirements.
• Team Leadership: Supervise and guide a team of production merchandisers, providing support, training, and mentorship.
• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors.
• Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans, considering factors such as material availability, capacity, and lead times.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet the required standards.
• Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Collaborate with the costing team to analyze production costs, including material costs, labor expenses, and any additional expenses.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production-related information, including order details, production schedules, quality reports, and client feedback.
• Timely Delivery and Client Satisfaction: Monitor production timelines and proactively identify potential delays or obstacles.

• Supplier Management: Identify, evaluate, and maintain relationships with suppliers, manufacturers, and subcontractors. Negotiate contracts, establish production timelines, and ensure effective communication to drive efficient production operations and timely delivery of finished products.
• Production Planning: Develop comprehensive production plans, considering factors such as material availability, capacity, and lead times. Collaborate with suppliers and internal teams to optimize production schedules, allocate resources effectively, and minimize potential bottlenecks.
• Quality Control: Implement and enforce stringent quality control procedures to ensure that finished products meet the required standards. Conduct inspections, sample evaluations, and performance tests to address any quality issues and take corrective actions when necessary.
• Cost Analysis and Budgeting: Collaborate with the costing team to analyze production costs, including material costs, labor expenses, and any additional expenses. Assist in developing production budgets and monitor costs to ensure profitability and cost-effectiveness.
• Communication and Coordination: Serve as the primary point of contact between clients, suppliers, and internal teams. Facilitate effective communication, provide regular updates on production progress, address any concerns or issues, and ensure timely resolution of queries.
• Process Improvement: Continuously evaluate and improve production processes to enhance efficiency, quality, and client satisfaction. Identify opportunities for automation, standardization, and streamlining of workflows. Implement best practices and share knowledge with the team.
• Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of production-related information, including order details, production schedules, quality reports, and client feedback. Prepare regular reports and analysis on production performance, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective measures.
