Senior Product Manager - Enterprise AI Solutions

We’re seeking a hands-on Senior Product Manager who combines strong technical skills with exceptional execution capabilities. This role is for someone who can rapidly prototype using AI tools, work shoulder-to-shoulder with engineers, and drive enterprise product development from concept to deployment. You should have practical experience with LLMs, modern AI tools, and a proven ability to code and understand complex engineering systems.

Overview

Responsibilities

• Build functional prototypes and MVPs using AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Cursor, v0, GitHub Copilot, etc.) to validate concepts quickly
• Implement and test LLM-driven functionalities including prompt engineering, function calling, RAG systems, and code generation
• Create proof-of-concepts that demonstrate product vision to stakeholders and engineering teams
• Work directly alongside engineers throughout the development cycle - not just handoffs
• Participate in technical discussions, architecture decisions, and code reviews
• Drive daily standups, sprint planning, and actively remove technical blockers
• Own the delivery timeline and work in the trenches to meet deadlines
• Make informed trade-offs between technical debt, feature complexity, and time-to-market
• Analyze system performance, scalability concerns, and infrastructure requirements
• Translate complex technical concepts between engineering, sales, and executive teams

Key Skills Required

• Strong coding skills in Python (or similar languages) with 2+ years of hands-on programming experience
• Deep understanding of software engineering concepts: APIs, databases, microservices, CI/CD
• Practical experience building with LLMs: prompt engineering, RAG implementation, function calling, tool usage
• Understanding of enterprise software architecture, security, and scalability requirements
• 5+ years of professional experience in technical roles (engineering, technical PM, or similar)
• Proven track record of shipping enterprise products or B2B solutions
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with data-driven decision making
