Roles and Responsibilities

• Define and execute the product strategy and roadmap for Engage, aligning with company objectives and market opportunities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support, to deliver high-quality product features on time.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, competitive landscape, and potential product enhancements.
• Define and analyze metrics to inform the success of the product.
• Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer support teams to develop go-to-market strategies, product positioning, and customer service initiatives.
• Manage and prioritize the product backlog, ensuring that the team is working on the most impactful features.
• Engage with customers and stakeholders to gather feedback and understand their needs.
• Foster a vibrant user community, including managing user forums, webinars, and user-conferences.
• Work closely with the customer support team to address customer issues, enhance user experience, and drive customer satisfaction.

Educational Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. An MBA or a Master's degree from a premium institute.

Prior Experience

• 8+ years of experience in product management, with at least 2 years in a senior role.
• Experience in managing SaaS products, preferably in the public sector or related industries.
• Proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful product throughout its lifecycle.
• Experience in working with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer support.
• Experience in managing user communities and organizing user conferences.
