Role Overview

At SolarSquare, we are building cutting‑edge products to streamline operations and supply chain workflows at scale. We are seeking a highly driven Senior Product Manager (SPM) to lead critical product initiatives that improve operational efficiency and scalability across warehousing, procurement, logistics, and service workflows.

The ideal candidate brings strong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and execution ownership, with the ability to convert ambiguous business needs into structured, tech-enabled solutions. As an SPM, you will work closely with business, engineering, and design teams to deliver scalable tools and workflows that power SolarSquare’s growth.

Key Responsibilities :

• Take end-to-end ownership of the product lifecycle — from discovery to launch and adoption.
• Define and manage the product roadmap for operations and supply chain workflows (installation, warehousing, procurement, inventory, logistics, service).
• Identify gaps in internal processes and craft tech‑driven solutions that drive efficiency and scalability.
• Conduct deep dives into data, user journeys, and process maps to design structured solutions.
• Write PRDs, define product success metrics, track releases, and ensure timely delivery with engineering and QA.
• Partner with analysts and engineering to convert high-level ideas into implementable solutions.
• Monitor adoption and impact through data‑driven measurement and drive continuous improvements.
• Act as the voice of operations and business teams while ensuring scalable product outcomes.
• Mentor junior PMs or lead small product pods where required.

Key Requirements :

• 4–6 years of product management experience, preferably with operations or supply chain products.
• Strong understanding of ops/supply workflows (installation, warehousing, fulfillment, logistics, ticketing, inventory).
• Proven ability to solve complex problems through structured, data‑driven thinking.
• Track record of building and launching scalable internal tools or workflow automation products.
• Excellent documentation, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience influencing cross‑functional stakeholders while working as an independent contributor.

Other Requirements :

• Prior experience with B2C or B2B operations/supply chain tech products (logistics, delivery, retail, solar, EV, mobility, etc.).
• Exposure to SQL, BI tools (Tableau/PowerBI), and process mapping tools (Lucidchart, Whimsical).
• Familiarity with agile methodologies and iterative product development.
• Engineering background or strong technical collaboration experience preferred.
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to mentor and inspire junior team members.
