HRS Group is seeking a Senior Product Manager to own and drive a product area within our platform ecosystem. You will lead the roadmap, perform continuous discovery, and ensure measurable business outcomes as part of a cross-functional team.

You will apply AI as a core workflow component to improve onboarding, monitoring, and customer success while collaborating with engineers and partners. The ideal candidate has 8+ years in TravelTech/HospitalityTech or B2B SaaS, with hands-on AI feature

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for your product area with cross-functional peers.
• Apply Working Backwards thinking to initiatives, defining problems, validating assumptions, and guiding solutions.
• Drive continuous discovery to uncover pain points and translate findings into an evidence-based roadmap.
• Establish and evolve KPI framework (reliability, conversion, onboarding, data accuracy) and run experiments to improve it.
• Promote adoption of AI and agentic automation across core workflows (onboarding, monitoring, support).
• Use AI tools as the default in PM workflow (discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, communications, prioritization).
• Build strong relationships with technology and hospitality partners, operations, customer success, and engineering.
• Translate roadmap and impact into a clear business narrative for leadership and enterprise clients.

Your Role

Enterprise customers and hospitality partners both depend on seamless, reliable digital experiences to get things done accurately, in real time, and at scale. As a Senior Product Manager at HRS, you will take ownership of a product area within our platform ecosystem, driving the roadmap, continuous discovery, and measurable business outcomes as an accountable member of a cross functional Product team.

This is not a maintenance role. We are looking for a PM who combines execution discipline with strong domain judgment, applies AI as a default part of their own workflow, and is energized by building products that make hospitality, meetings, and travel experiences simpler, smarter, and more reliable.

Your Key Responsibilities

• Own the product vision, roadmap, and prioritization for your product area, working as a genuine peer with your product and engineering stakeholders.

• Apply Working Backwards thinking to every initiative: start from the desired customer and business outcome, define the right problem precisely, and validate assumptions before committing to solutions.

• Drive continuous discovery into customer, partner, and operational pain points, translating findings into a prioritized, evidence based roadmap.

• Own and evolve a clear KPI framework for your area (such as reliability, conversion, onboarding time, data accuracy, or partner and customer satisfaction) and run structured experiments to improve it.

• Drive adoption of AI and agentic automation across core workflows, including onboarding, monitoring, issue resolution, and partner or customer support.

• Use AI tools as the default across your own PM workflow: discovery synthesis, PRD drafting, competitive analysis, stakeholder communication, and roadmap prioritization.

• Build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including technology and hospitality partners, business operations, customer success, and engineering.

• Translate roadmap, priorities, and impact into a clear business narrative for leadership, commercial stakeholders, and enterprise clients.

What You Bring

• 8+ years of Product Management experience, ideally in TravelTech, HospitalityTech or B2B SaaS and marketplace or platform businesses.

• Demonstrated, hands on experience shipping AI powered or AI augmented product features, not just familiarity with AI tools; you can speak concretely to problems you have solved using AI, ML, or GenAI in a product context.

• Strong command of modern PM craft: outcome ownership, Working Backwards methodology, and continuous discovery, rather than a feature factory mindset.

• Strong understanding of hospitality or travel technology ecosystems (such as supplier or partner integrations, distribution systems, booking platforms) is highly valued.

• Experience with API driven product development and large scale partner or supplier integrations.

• Comfortable engaging with engineers on architecture and reliability trade offs without needing to be an engineer yourself.

• Experience building B2B or enterprise products with enterprise constraints such as data privacy, compliance, security, and procurement cycles.

• A customer first mindset backed by strong quantitative and experimental rigor.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage credibly with engineering, commercial stakeholders, and senior leadership.

• Experience working in distributed, cross functional teams.
