About the role

This L4 Product Manager role involves leading the strategy, roadmap, and execution of AI-native products while driving cross-functional alignment across engineering, design, and business teams. You will own product pricing decisions, translate customer needs into high-impact features, and guide teams through the full product lifecycle. This role is ideal for someone who brings strong leadership, technical depth, and the ability to balance user value with business goals.

Responsibilities

• Define and own product strategy, roadmap, and execution for AI-native solutions.
• Own the end-to-end product pricing strategy, including market analysis, competitive benchmarking, pricing experiments, and continuous optimisation to drive revenue and adoption
• Gather and prior­itize customer requirements and business use cases.
• Work with engineering and design teams to translate requirements into features.
• Conduct competitive analysis, market research, and user studies.
• Define and monitor KPIs (adoption, retention, churn, ARR, NPS).
• Act as the voice of the customer while balancing business and technical priorities.

Requirements

• 4+ years of product management experience.
