Job summary

Acheron Software Consultancy Pvt. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Product Leader to define the vision, roadmap, and long-term strategy for AI-first SaaS solutions.

You will identify opportunities through market research and customer discovery, and steer innovation across Generative AI, LLMs, AI Agents, and automation. Qualifications

• 11+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience in enterprise software or SaaS, with a focus on AI products.
• Experience building AI-first products using LLMs, Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience in domains like Document Management, ECM, Workflow & Process Automation, Knowledge Management, DAM, or Records Management.
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.

Required Skills

• 11+ years of Product Management/Product Ownership experience in enterprise software or SaaS, Preferably 18-24 months of focus in building Ai Products
• Experience building AI-first products using Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, AI Agents, or intelligent automation.
• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and backlog management using Jira or Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of APIs, system architecture, cloud technologies, and software development lifecycle.
• Experience building products in one or more of the following domains:
• Document Management Systems (DMS)
• Enterprise Content Management (ECM)
• Workflow & Process Automation
• Knowledge Management
• Digital Asset Management
• Records Management
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and decision-making skills.
