Job summary

Nxtwave Disruptive Technologies in Hyderabad (HITEC City) is seeking a high-performance Senior Product Manager to own Teach OS end-to-end. This is a strategic, independent leadership role, based at our Hyderabad office on a 5-day work week.

You will drive AI-native experiences, use model judgments and analytics to scale learning quality across 35+ campuses, partnering with Engineering, Design, Data, and business leaders to deliver impact.

Qualifications

• 3-4 years of dedicated professional experience in a Product Management role with a proven track record of absolute end-to-end ownership (0->1 or 1->n phases).
• Elite technical data fluency utilizing product analytics tools (SQL, Sheets, Amplitude, Mixpanel, or equivalent systems).
• Strong causal reasoning and diagnostic capabilities—proven ability to trace messy data back to clear root causes.
• AI Product Judgment: Practical experience designing AI-first or LLM/agent-integrated workflows and evaluating model output reliability.
• Excellent written communication capabilities and structured narrative-building skills.
• Nice to Have: Background in EdTech platforms, performance/gamification products, or behavior-change applications.

Responsibilities

• Own the comprehensive product strategy, roadmap narrative, and execution sequence independently.
• Architect and ship an AI-native product experience where model judgment is the core interface and design the evaluations and guardrails.
• Define strict, data-driven product success metrics with binary, dated targets and explicit kill criteria.
• Analyze cohorts, conversion funnels, and retention adoption patterns to transform an administrative utility tool into a platform users actively engage with.
• Partner with Engineering, Design, Data, and business leaders to manage deployments with clear written decisions and rollout hygiene.

We are looking for a high-performance Senior Product Manager to step into a single, senior, full-ownership seat running our AI Operating System (Teach OS) end-to-end. Based out of our Hyderabad (HITEC City) office on a 5-day work week layout, this is a strategic, independent product leader role rather than an execution-under-direction position. Your ultimate mandate is to leverage AI model judgments, LLM agents, and advanced product analytics to drive massive behavior change and scale learning quality across 35+ campuses.

Key Responsibilities:

• Strategy & Discovery: Own the comprehensive product strategy, roadmap narrative, and execution sequence independently. Conduct rigorous user discovery, user interviews, and JTBD mapping.
• AI-Native Delivery: Architect and ship an AI-native product experience where model judgment (QA scoring, coaching action prompts) is the core interface. Design the model evaluations and safety guardrails.
• Measurement & Metrics: Define strict, data-driven product success metrics with binary, dated targets and explicit kill criteria. Handle full analytics configurations and experimentation tracking.
• Behavior Change: Analyze cohorts, conversion funnels, and retention adoption patterns to transform an administrative utility tool into a platform that users actively engage with.
• Cross-Functional Alignment: Partner directly with Engineering, Design, Data, and business P&L owners to manage deployments with tight rollout hygiene and clear written decision documentation.
